You technically got the thumbnail thing right since the problem is on Imageshack's end. That happened in both my Doom III and Half-Life 2 reviews.

Yours looks different though, almost like it's hosted here (on 1emulation) rather than at Imageshack. What's up with that?

Because it is hosted here. When you go to Add Reply, you'll see an Attachment option. Just add an attachment and post.
