They know they are afflicted and do whatever they can to improve themselves. I guess that's the kind of reaction you'd get from looking at this syndrome from the outside and not from the inside. But still, some of my friends who aren't "normal" per se, feel quite angry at the world around them. Sure, they shouldn't be; but they feel that they should blame somebody for their condition, but can't...
