Inky Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 played abit of bionic commando rearmed myself today. much better purchase then Braid in my opinion.
Inky Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 too human, I really shouldn't like this game, most of the annoyances would drive me away from other games. unskippable death cut scene, strange graphical glitches, gimmicky combat, bad inventory system. but there is something about it that is keeping my interest.
General Plot Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 Just got Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and it's f00king amazing. It not only has the best visuals, the driving is about as close to real as it gets as well. Absolutely KILLER game. Also, throw in the live weather it shows for cities around the world (via internet) and actually allows you to play in the same conditions as the weather is in that place at that very moment.
Robert Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 I don't normally spend time playing games, but... I worked my way through Hexen, and now I'm going to play Exhumed, and Hexen II.
Inky Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 I don't normally spend time playing games, but...isn't that kind of strange to say on a an emulation/games based forum?
L.S.D Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 I don't normally spend time playing games, but...isn't that kind of strange to say on a an emulation/games based forum?Knowing Robert, he would probably spend time making a retro game worked Still remember playing Alley Cat at his summer home
Agozer Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Ah, Alley Cat. What fond memories I have from that game.
L.S.D Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Finished Quake 4 on PC. Great game, I truly enjoyed it.
Gryph Posted August 24, 2008 Author Posted August 24, 2008 Finished Quake 4 on PC. Great game, I truly enjoyed it.I think that game gets way too much flak. I enjoyed it a lot too, except for the horrible vehicle parts.
