Although it is arcadey, but it is really great with amazing graphics!

The only minor gripe for me is the sound of cars smashing against the wall sound like cardboxes hit wall -_-

It's Blood.

It's an old FPS using the Build engine by Monolith. It's an extremely bloody game, I love it. The weapons are awesome and so are the enemies. Here's a review: http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/blood/re...eviewerId,7471/
