Are there any available translations for these games? i noticed there are plenty of these games for japanese, unlike what happens for occident

Go to The Whirlpool. If a translation isn't listed there, it doesn't exist.

Yes, this is true.

And hacking and reverse-engineering in the worst case scenario. Well, almost all current tranlation projects require those, unless we're talking about simple GB or NES games.
