Doa ultimate on hd

i bought doa ultimate and i wanted to change the skins *nudie!!!* so i put it on my hd , but it always seems to pause right at the warning screen , anybody know what they problem could be?

Before changing the skins, were U able to launch the original game from your HD ?

 

If it's no :

- my friend was in the same case : last month, he installed DoA Ultimate on his X-Box HD & noticed he wasn't able to launch it from the Dash w/o patching the default.xbe before (with a tool like DVD2xbox e.g.).

 

Try after patching it.

i use a xbe set a friend of mine released that uses CDX menu to choose between both games using only 1 dvdr; works fine from hdd for me.

 

mod: X2.1 Lite

Bios: X2 4983.06

I had the same problem too, but I am using a software mod. Are you using a hardware or software mod? I'm interested to know if there is a workaround using a software mod. Thanks.

what exactly did your friend do? im having this same problem...i have doa on the hd and on dvdr...it keep on freezing on the warning sign...how did he patch the default.xbe? lend me some info...thanks!
