Agozer Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 Drink warm milk.As clichéd as that sounds, it works... sometimes.
Chaotica Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 I always have warm milk with MILO (a chocolate additive) every night, and it puts me to sleep 99% of the time. I can't live without MILO. I say 99% because for the last two weeks, I have been going to bed at midnight, and not getting any sleep until 7 or 8 am. Even masturbation doesn't put me out.
alexis Posted December 23, 2004 Author Posted December 23, 2004 none of most things here worked for me i should try with pills BTE i even drank a sedative tea
