NeoMaster Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 Hi everyone, I just visited my favourite gba emu site and I saw this game available for download. I don't know if it works or what not and it sure would be extremely helpful for those who want to use it to test their emus. I'm not posting the link because to my knowledge I think it's against board rules. So send me a PM if you want the info...or if you allow me I will direct link.
Samurai Edge Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 PM me a link then. I guess it should be workable, but are there any other emus other than the one done by Two9A?
NeoMaster Posted December 25, 2004 Author Posted December 25, 2004 I sent you the link. I hope to hear from your results. I'm sorry but I don't know about the kinds of emulators available.
Gryph Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 There are no DS emulators yet. Right now DSemu can't even play commercial GBA games. It'll be a while till this system is emulated.
Mr.X Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 Metroid Prime Hunters First Hunt 's only a demo, this dump was brought by DarkFader. Super Mario 64 DS dump was brought by RubixCube Crew. I don't understand why they dump commercial games of the latest systems so quickly.
Gryph Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 I remember reading about this dump on GBAdev but I didn't know it was released.
Agozer Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 (edited) I don't understand why they dump commercial games of the latest systems so quickly.Recognition maybe? Edited December 25, 2004 by Agozer
Two9A Posted December 25, 2004 Posted December 25, 2004 And in reply to (someone) who said "Will this run on DSemu?", I'll say "feck no". Absolutely nothing runs in DSemu right now, although I'm starting work on the DS bits of the CPU.
NeoMaster Posted December 26, 2004 Author Posted December 26, 2004 0002 - Super Mario 64 DS (U) As mentioned above Mario is the second game released. I just located the rom from the same place as Metroid.
emsley Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 Yeah, the DS has a touch screen does it not?Ok, call me a dumb ass, but how ya gonna emulate that, what if the games major control point in the touch screen? Just curious is all...
Samurai Edge Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 Maybe the using of a great thing call teh mouse?
