Leathel Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 okay - I have a case on this... I'm on a Gov-PC and seems impossible to connect to IRC.. I get a mssg " connection refused" Is there a way to manually set mIRC so that i can try different ports or something?
alexis Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 (edited) sorry i am clueless about it, you think the port might be blocked or sth? anyway i think there are many IRc proggies why not try another one, one that allows you to set the port or sth, i see it difficult though Edited December 27, 2004 by alexis
Leathel Posted December 27, 2004 Author Posted December 27, 2004 most irc proggies require a administrator level - to install - this is a problem cause I don't have that clearance : buh:
