zid
Whats quicker, hitting load, or flashing a cart. Also, Emulators have debug output, and lots of other nice options. Edited March 22, 2005 by zid
Two9A
Sorry if I came off wrong.Nah, I apologise for not realising that sarcasm doesn't always travel online. Do remember that I'm not quite the most sarcastic person alive, but close. Also, Emulators have debug output, and lots of other nice options.Sure, emulators in general do have such things. Of course, SOME don't. Not mentioning my own name or anything. (Does this count as straying off the topic of the thread, btw?)
Gryph
(Does this count as straying off the topic of the thread, btw?)<{POST_SNAPBACK}>Meh, you can do what you want in threads about your own emulator.
zid
You should see the way I code to see why emulators are handy. I make 1 line changes, recompile, run.Often 10 times an hour. Flashing would be a *biatch*.
sigloiv
Ah, got it. Forgot about that whole loading thing. Although, honestly I've never even seen or held a flash cart in my life much less actually use one.

NukeFall
Ok this is an odd one. In both GBA and DS opening if youre opening a game after already opening another one if part of the open window isnt in the DSemu window itll just keep asking you to open a game over and over again until you move part of it over DSemu's main window x_X. Robert
need an example - what was open 1st, and what were you trying to open 2nd?
NukeFall
Ive tested it with most of the Demo roms in the post you have lol (man ive edited my post like 10 times). If i was being a little hard on the explination ill give an example in steps. 1. Open any DS/GBA rom (notice how to open box is over the emulator)2. Goto File/Open GBA/DS3. Move the open box COMPLETLY off the DSemu window4. Try to open any GBA/DS rom Once you do that youll get what i mean. Robert
You are correct. However, as the 2nd game gets opened anyway, click on cancel when it asks again. It's easier to just drag the new game onto the open main window.
NukeFall
Well actually the close thing does the exact thing the open thing does lol itll just keep asking till you move the open box over. And the drag thing is good if you have roms in the same dir but if you keep them seperatly and all messily (like me) then its not so good.
