Extracting a PS1 iso from a Bleemcast Disc

Ok, so a friend brought me a bleemcast disc that had Harmful Park on it. It was the first one I had actually seen where the bleemcast beta disc and a game were combined...anyways, he wanted me to take Harmful Park off the disc and burn it on a cd by itself to be played in his modded ps1...What would be the best way to go about this? Should I use isobuster??

use alcohol 120% and make it skip the reading errors (as I assume there will be a lot)

 

isobuster will just read an error and fuuck up in an instant, same with cdrwin

 

btw, don't expect it to be too snappy either, it'll probably be a while
