How to Capture Moving Characters in NeoGeo in *.gi

Do you mean capture it as a GIF animation? Well, most emulators have a shots factory (Kawaks, NeoRAGEx at least) that let's you capture images or remove layers etc.

 

Basically, you open the Shots Factory, disable all alyers you don't want, save a shot, press the button that moves the aniamtion to the next frame, save a shot. etc. etc.

 

Then load those images to a animation workshop of your choice and compile those as an animated GIF image. Tedious work, yes.
