update: thanks to xeno's neo_carnage link (which is back up now) I found most of these, but still need a few for matrimelee. Xeno, you're the man!!! (but maybe could you PM me the link that was removed?)

The first link gave a 404 and the second has no rom images, but it does have the Neo-Geo BIOS. Tough gig.
