Dreamweaver is what ppl usually use and its probably the best also.

 

You can also use notepad for old school style

Yeah tottaly.

Just remember to name your home page index.html when you save it, o when you kick up your www.garegink.com thats the very first page you get, then everything works from, that.

If you need some templates i can help you with those.
