How do you mean "choppy"? Lots of static or in some other way unbearable?

I'd suggest that you take all double references to a file away from the DAT.

 

I just ported my NRX set to Nebula 2.24 and heard no static at all. Besides, your M1 info is wrong.

Take out this line 264-M1.BIN,0,8000,5228B801,0 and just leave the other one.

 

Edit NEOGEO.DAT in Notepad.

I do that and it comes up with Z80 error
