yo guys this might sound stupid but is there any sammy emulators or roms out there. i just heard of them recently i heard they are making some kof games and a sammy vs capcom game

Well, if I remember correctly the people at CPS2Shock started tackling the CPS2 boards in 1999.

The MAME team has only done some preliminary work that is based on CPS2Shock's work. (Since CPS2Shock are the ones working on the encryption of the CPS-3 boards.)
