Dr.Doom did shoot out electricty or elctric balls in Marvel 2, it was one of his speacials for christ sake, and when you pressed hard punch alone he moved both arms together forward making a small ball of elcetricty! Well , anyways, The ring sucked...idk why they want to remake a horrible movie, and especially why they would make a sequal to a horrible movie, wasn't even scary, just stupid...

Yes we know that he shoots electicity in marvel vs capcom, thats because he is either using mystisicm or his tech armour, no stupid cosmic mutations

all I know of doctor doom is that he ain't no mutation or mystic he just uses tech like ironman, he wears the armor because he was mutilated in an accident....
