I read this last night when I was searching for a current event article for Molecular and Cellular Biology class. Very interesting stuff, the first thing that came to my head was Pinky and the Brain. That would be so flocking cool, even all the ethicists and people who oppose this would want them to make a real Pinky and the Brain. But

 

If you don't know who Pinky and the Brain are, you've been watching too much anime and need to intake some old fashioned GOOD cartoons.

 

But seriously, they are making these to make better test subjects and to further understand the human condition.
