A friend of mine is making his own PSX [Type A] and works, but when he is making his friend [also TYpe H] it won't work either...

Is there difference betwen joypad Type A or H or Made China or Japan.

And if there is adifference should the soldir is also different?

I'm not sure about the architecture of the psx control pad, but there is a PSX controller to PC USB converter. It can be found at some radio shack stores for about 10 dollars. You just plug in and play.

You could always buy one from LevelSix

I think they sell PC gamepads that are pretty much identical to PSX pads too. And a whole bunch of other cool adapters etc.

And I'm pretty sure they ship worldwide.
