In the manga, they only show Rukia's shikai, Sodeno Shirayuki in chapter 201 and 202 of the manga. There is no indication that Rukia knows bankai.

My guess is, the next episode (90 minute special I think) will be the end of the bountou arc. Then the movie (about to be released in theaters), and then, in the other 90 minute special(a week or two after the first one), the beginning!!

its bleach...the fillers have actually had a plot line (not just a bunch of stand alones that blew) so im guessing that the creators wont let us down
