how to burn a boot disc?

i have download the files

 

PS-X-Change V2 and i don't know how to burn it

 

and too the gameshark v4 the same

 

 

i download the files for burning i repeat the files for burning

 

and i can't make any of those work..............

 

 

both are boot disc or not??????

 

someone can explain me step by step how to burn the files......................................................................

You cant burn the bootdisc. A bootdisc is suppossed ot replace a modchip for swapping. you cant run a copy of something that was going to allow you to run copies in the first place.
