Mag Posted February 4, 2003 Posted February 4, 2003 Have anyone here actually moderate something in reality ??I myself, have lead a group project in skool.. organizing my team mates work and get them to work on a subject that are assigned by myself. eventually.. things workout great in the presentation.. but although the team as not complaint about my ordering, because i never seems to assert with athuority.

DreamCastLover Posted February 5, 2003 Posted February 5, 2003 I am also head of a team where I work. I generally get 2-3 people who I can delegate tasks to. I also get some work experience kids who come in and I boss them around. Life is good
