dual p3 1ghz

1280mb sd-ram

raedon 9600 pro 256mb

160gb, 120gb, and a 40gb hdds

audigy 1 sound card

You ought to be able then. The processor speed by drag you down a bit but you have dual so that's cool. Might as well give it a shot. You have plenty of RAM so that's good.

i just tested it with virtual pc and it works nicely using good ole win98se

 

this just made my niece happy as this was a birthday gift from me and also a way to stop using sesamestreet.com over and over hehe

Hmm, still prefer direct install Win98 without using VirtualPC if you want to continue playing old games.

i can't run win98 as is due to my dual cpu setup which win 98 doesn't support.

 

winme would work but i'll be damned to ever use that os again (blue screen hell)

WinME doesn't deserve the title "Operating System". It's probably the most worthless piece of software Microsoft has ever put out.
