If you want it smaller, you'd need to re-encode it with TMPEG or use an external coder to a video codec of your choice (DIVX, XVID, TEORA). Other then being a contener (like OGM) it's developing into it's own codec(complete with contener stuff that ogm did! OGM was a just a hack of stuff though!).
