Me and my friends do this every new year , almost everyone knows the routine, we call up, ethier using arnold schwarshiniger soundbored or something like Ms.Cleo, and we pick out random numbers from the phone book, and of course dail *69 so it can be a private call, and just mess wiith the peoples heads, once time we freaked out this guy but it was like 4 in the morning
