Wizard
Try using them in Chankast or use a CD-RW. Most times they are labled if they are or not.
Agozer
Non-selfboot games need a bootdisc in order to work on a Dreamcast console. Selfboot games work "on the fly". Shiba can correct me if I'm wrong.
Aoshi
Yeah ok,but are all games originally non bootable and then were made bootable , meaning are there mutliple versions of the same game that are bootable and non bootable?
Wizard
Not all. But these days you'll see maybe 3 or 4 non-bootable games. As most have been converted to being bootable.
Shibathedog
Well its really Selfboot and Non Selfboot Selfboot- Put it in and play Anything else - You need a boot disc Most everything is Selfboot now. There are usually Selfboot and non selfboot versions of every game, but the newer games tend to only have selfboot versions. it will usually say if its selfboot or not, i would just download it and a boot disc and if it doesnt boot try the bootdisc and if it still doesnt work check if you burned it right.
