If you look on their websites for drivers the oldest Windows is 98...you'll have to check if the Forceware (Nvidia) and Catalyst (ATI) still have 95 support. I remember you said elsewhere you had an old computer, I guess that's why it has to be compatible. (wasn't it around 300 MHz?) For the price of a 9800, you could get a motherboard with integrated graphics, some ram and a cheap processor. Well, that's where I would start. A 9800 with a 300 MHz processor would be really overkill. If you want to keep your comp or don't have enough money for what's above, you could go for a 9200 (around $50).
