He's this serial killer here who would Bind Torture and Kill his victims. He left some clues (I don't know why) a couple of weeks back and now he is caught.

Usually they want to be captured after X amount of years. Sometimes. They would diliberately leave clues. (sorta like a crappy TV show)

And the guy was captured with the help of his own daughter, by providing a DNA sample that came back as a 90% match to the BTK killer.

nah, it's not like Oz or American history x in prison. the dude will prolly be left alone by the other convicts. the level of pen he is going to will be one man showers and he'll prolly get single cell status anyways.
