Metal Slug 4 (Fully Decrypted)

I need help with making Metal slug 5 work in Nebula 2.24, the rom loads up, but when it comes on a message appears at the top of the screen that says game locked appears, yet u can hear the game playing in the background, any solutions. thanx if u can help.

It's pretty much the same answer regardless of what Neo-Geo game you want to play (I mean the new ones, post-2001 games)

Mine is the good old NRX set. But yeah, Nebula Loader 2.24 is sweet.
