We don't delete post of this kind. As a general rule, we don't delete posts unless there is a very good reason to do so.

If the member of the post has asked for it to be deleted then I do not see the problem.

On other forums the member can delete there own posts.

Not sure if that can be done here.

We cannot delete our own posts. However a member can always edit it and replace the post with the word "deleted".

I think only super moderators and admins can delete posts. I don't like deleting posts anyway, so meh.
