Buy an Athlon from Fry's and save $100.

I doubt i'll even spend $100, i have the mobo and the ram already though, so i'm just going for a 2ghz+ P4 hopefuly on the cheap from eBay.

You see, for about $75 (38 pounds) you can get an Athlon XP 2400+ with free motherboard.

Hey, I live in Louisiana and we don't have Fry's here. I'm forced to shop on Outpost.com.

Let me tell you. Outpost.com's prices compared to the actual Fry's electronics brick-and-mortar store is like comparing coupons in your Sunday paper to FatWallet.com. There's no comparison, the second one wins every time.
