I'm pretty sure you won't find any nowadays from official websites and can possibly spot them on ebay or some crap. I tried looking for a CD64 but they just don't make them anymore. Dunno if anyone noticed on one of the last few pages of the Perfect Dark manual they even have a big warning about them. If you want to ill get around to scanning it if anyone cares that much.
