DVD Burning Program

Hey guys, I want to burn some movies onto a DVD, what is the best program to use?

 

Could you give me some suggestions? Thanks alot.

i use nero and alcohol 120% (depending on if it is an iso or not ). if there are any better, please let me know too..

DeepBurner is very basic, but reliable burning software.

Well if you ahve an iso id suggest DVD decrypter. IT only writes isos though

I have an.avi file that I want to burn it onto a dvd disc.

 

Would Nero Ultra Edition be fine?

nero and alcohol 120% have always worked for me.

 

do you wanna watch it in a dvd player? if so try dvdsanta.

if you are just archiving it and watching it on pc nero will be fine.

For ISO and VOB files, Nero. For Encoding and making your own, Nero-Vision or TMPEGDVD-Author

thats not true as i burned iso's, img's and even bin's with dvd decrypter.

I as using iso as a general term..iso.bin are all types of isos. It doesnt burn just normal files.

While using DeepBurner, an error came up. It said that the drive is busy or is empty. THere was a dvd disc inside the drive and it wasn't busy. How can I fix this problem?.. THanks in advance.

Go to Recorder settings, and uncheck the "initialize system ASPI first".
