And we're short on KOF news for now, but if they do well, we may be in for more good stuff in the future. The way I see it, in addition to the re-releases that I for one am happy to see, (especially with online play) SNKPSammyWhatever is opening two big doors with this latest round: 1) NeoWave. Atomiswave is a new generation of hardware for KOF, which means new capabilities. NeoWave, as their freshmen game, looks rather bland. However, if they continue to develop on this hardware we are very likely to get the next step in graphics that people have been bitching for, and with it possibly more attention for the series. 2) NGBC. I see this as KOF2. If this is successful, a series could follow, being essentially a new KOF (sans the "epic story"). When you consider the variety of characters in NGBC, this is not something I would mind. All speculation, of course, but things to think about.
