I'm making an mp3 cd for a friend and I need to convert some files from.ogg to.mp3

I also want the program to be free or easily crackable.

UT2k4's music player takes both OGG and MP3. So your existing collection will work.

I think those are only codecs to be used with wmp10 and direct show (movie files and what not)
