What do you rate the updated front page?

I voted "CRAP, still trying to figure out why I still come here" just cause I'm an ass.

I don't look at the front page often, and I go straight to the source for emulators etc.

 

Looks good for those who need a bit of a hand in getting started or keeping up to date on things.

 

As for the previous two posts, no matter the portals features, this can be done.

Notice in the forums there are buttons beside each header that allow you to expand or collapse them? That could be done, but unfortunately the settings are NOT saved when you change pages. I don't know how to make that happen or I would.

As for scrolling text to make the area smaller.......thats a little thing called JAVASCRIPT!
