I have not really had a good look, am i been fickle minded in beliving this......

Is it possibile for me to buy a ps2 game, get a ps2 emulaotor

and play threw my pc...

Unfortunately this isn't possible just yet. In fact it will probably be a couple of years before we see any commercial games running on a Ps2 emu

Thats a pitty man because there are twi games i really want to get my teeth in to namely,

mgs2 and pro evoloution soccer 2

i know mgs2 is out on pc in england soon but the other will never see a pc carnation.

I would buy one, but im going to get gamecube before a ps2...

i have heard sth about some ps2 emulator, none of the guys i heard know much about emulation but what called my attention is that i heard it more than once, probably they don´t run commercial but people talking about a ps2 emu is worth to investigate maybe

I think pcsx2 has made pretty big strides in the last few months but it's still a long way off from running a commercial game at a respectable, playable speed. It's worth keeping an eye on though I think.

I agree also with pcsx2, I seriously doubt they will be done with it even in the next 2 years. Quite frankly they are not even done with getting N64 getting emulated. So you know PS2 emulation is just another one of those questions, "WHEN?". For the Dreamcast emulator its even worse, they still haven't even released the damn thing. We keep seeing all these screenshots, NOBODY CARES!! (talking about Icarus btw)
