time to reformat....

I have my comp. set up with 2 hard drives, with the master/slave set up. So one has windows and the other just data, movies, games, whatever. My question is, will the one thats just holding data/movies be free from any spyware or would it best best to just reformat both.

Don't reformat both. Just do a spyware sweep. It would suck to lose all that stuff just because of some spyware. But spyware usually resides in the same drive as Windows and Program Files.

cool, ill just to the windows drive... I use norton, never finds anything.. i have adaware, usually picks up some stuff any free spyware programs i should use.

I usually use 2 spyware programs at the same time.

1) Adaware

2) Spybot

 

Also, using a good Anti-Virus can be helpful. I use AVAST.
