Maybe this is old news, but a friend and I just discovered http://www.rpgfan.com.

 

I haven't thoroughly browsed yet, but the "pictures" section is freaking awesome. There is a lot of concept art there.

 

My personal favorites so far is the complete, hand-drawn version of the Ogre Battle Tarot (Major Arcana only, of course).

yeah found this site around 4 years ago.. still great after these years, you can't find better artwork and screenies from any rpg game than this site. This site offer more than just that, reviews, goodies, ost samples, etc.
