Actually, the website, gun, and targets are (to be) located in Texas. Even more fitting, I think.

 

I read an article about this proposed website a while ago and thought the idea was retarted then. It's basically some rich dude that wanted to move a bunch of exotic animals onto his ranch in Texas and then let people shoot at them over the internet for a fee.
