For one, maybe not Mukai exactly, maybe someone else from his group. Adel is a complete maybe for the "other boss." Chizuru is going to be out of commision since Ash stole her mirrors. Either she comes back with a completely different move set or not in the game at all.

(which show like he is fondling her breasts before getting the mirror

and CHizuru just make those groaning. Brrrr....)

She isn't dead you know. She could come back, but either totally nerfed or totally different.
