Seeking alternate XP patch source

I've downloaded it a few times and every time I try to upack it, it's no good.

Any other place i can get it? I can't run Dos Mugen at all.

But it doesn't seem to help. the modified select.def file is practically empty and when you start MWC.exe it says " " is not an integer value " and all the settings in every catagory are empty.

 

And i still have the problem I had before, which is that i get the "can't enter video mode" error, without even being prompted to change modes. Can anyone help me though this mess?

Believe me, if you do find the patch, it will not work on XP.
