nebula skins and gui modification?

I downloaded the nebula gui arhive from his homepage.I want to change the gui.Other skins,change the gui buttons:

Pantalla.raw

Botones.raw -this is the file i need to change the gui buttons

Fondo.raw

I read that i must put this files ziped in the skins directory.but nothing..

And then what?I need more details
