My finall question is this...

I uploaded my emulators in zip to my FTP for me to put them up as a downloade what the hell do i have to do, when i click properties in the lycos FTP i dont get a link just some javascript poop..., do i just hook it up threw dreamweaver then bang....

 

Well, I have a site (no, I am not using this topic to promote my site ) in lycos server too, so I can help you. In order to make your files download-able, you need to make a link to this path:

 http://members.lycos.co.uk/neocream/<the path to the file in your ftp>
