First shot is Maxima vs Kula

2nd shot is Maxima vs someone, possibly Elizabeth

 

Stuff all from Iggy-sama; (his look on the game can be found...at the end of the post! Because his remarks = funny!)

 

- All characters are playable now.

- Whip has a new super where she moves forward while whipping and laughing.

- Maxima's D kick is similar to Daimon's D.

* His jump D is also changed to a drop kick.

* He has move where his hand turns into a gun and fires a laser beam.

- Duo Lon has a new super with kick coming out from the ground.

* He is a weak character now.

- Kensou's outfit is slightly altered.

* His stance is new.

* He has an old move from KOF99.

* His LDM is new, where he put hands on the ground and sends energy.

* He also has a new winning pose.

- Momoko has a hip attack like Iori's qcb+Px3.

* She makes weird pikopiko sound when walking.

- Ramon is similar to his old self.

* His LDM is his MAX2.

- Duck King looks similar to his KOF2000 striker self.

* His Break Spiral's command is hcf, uf, u+K.

* His new moves makes him use just the finish animation of the Saika.

- Eiji's sprite is not same as KOF95.

* He has new kick animation.

* His LDM is an air move.

* He can supercancel his fireball into fireball DM.

* His moves have no lag. Very powerful.

* His intro against AOF Team is his pose from Billy/Iori intro in KOF98.

- Adelheid has new Kaiser Wave move.

* He is extremely strong with lots of protection and power in his moves.

- The last boss lady is weaker than Adeheid.

- There is another boss after you beat young Chinese girl.

* He looks a lot like Orochi with slight Neo Dio resemblance,

* He even has marks on his upper body like Orochi/Mizuchi.

* His eyes are just blue ovals.

* His hairstyle is like Sonic the Hedgehog with hair back.

* He has a crazy twisted body stance/style despite being really tall.

* He appears very strong with white/pink energy in his moves.

* His background is also like the Orochi, though at night and with two giant demon statues.

* He can also turn transparent.

* One of his moves is Arm Teleport like The Mummy from Darkstalker series.

* When he attacks with limbs they go rubbery.

- The young Chinese girl is second last boss and comes before him.

* She is dressed in a traditional chinese suit (the ones children wear with shorts).

* When you beat her before you go onto the last boss, there is a short cutscene that shows close up of her face.

- All character faces are less detailed now, like Malin in KOF2003 with big eyes and mouth.

- The win screen arts seem to be done by Falcoon. (Same artist from KOF2003 and SvC).

- Hawaii stage has cool lens flair effect.

- Ash has new jump C with arms behind back, like a diving hawk. Looks cool.

* Standing C is new too and looks similar.

- Eiji's face is redrawn.

* All energy effects in his moves are new.

* He has a new move, where he cloak grabs the opponent on the ground, then does the split into 2 air beat down move, like Hanzo of Samurai Shodown.

- Momoko looks like a 12 year old girl.

* She is dressed like Richard Marx from Fatal Fury.

* She also uses same fighting style (Capoeira) as Richard. (Eddie Gordo of Tekken also uses Capoeira).

- Sie Kensou's face is redrawn.

* His old move from KOF99 with dash punch, is done by QCF P or HCF P. Looks like, he has lost his three part forward moving attack from KOF2002, done by doing same motion.

* He has some good funky color variations.

 

All characters are usable. Whip has a new super where she moves forward while whipping, laughably bad.

Maxima’s D is new, looks like Daimon’s. His jump D is also new, drop kick.

Duolon has a new super with his legs coming out of the ground (XNDL?). He’s super weak and stiff.

Kensu has that move he had in 99. His leader super is new, he puts the hand to the ground and sends energy in it, power wave. New pose, new clothes.

Momoko is supremely kimoi. Her move list is in hiragana, phoenix arrow, become a star, esper… Interesting how they managed to disgust even the perverts from the very move list. “Ichiban Momoko ikimasu”, hip attackx3 like Iori’s move… She makes weird pikopiko sounds when she walks. Her throw swallows from very far away. Oh, and she’s supposed to use capoera? Someone says Richard Mayer Midnight Bliss would look like this.

Ramon is the same. His leader is his MAX2 (new name?).

Janet is the same as in MOTW.

Duck King looks like the 00 striker. The Break Spiral command has NOT been simplified : 4123698 kick. At least that’s good…

Iori copipe copipe. His new moves makes him use just the finish animation of the Saika.

Eiji’s leader super is an air move. Nothing much new here. It’s not his 95 sprite, he’s been arranged to post 96 proportions (his intro against a kyokugen team member comes from Billy/Iori’s intro in 98 (copicopicopipe). His moves have a lot of priority, no lag… Duolon->Eiji.

Alps no shôjo Adelheid has a new Kaiser Wave. His protection and power are multiplied, he’s über strong (he’s the middle boss).

The last boss is 中国が舞台の映画で、事件が起きたら真っ先に不幸が振りかかりそうな感じの村娘. HAHAHAHAHA. She’s quite weak compared to Heidi.

I wonder why are rehasing sprites and not make new ones...i mean they changed the hardware so go do something better now to prove you made a good decision or go back to neogeo because i see nothing spectacular here besides some minor effects and 3d BGs (wich suck).

SNK Playmore is wasting the new hardware with the old sprites this is just like if Street fighter 4 came out with the same ol sprites.

Maxima's new moves sounds intresting, but how far does the lazer go, is it a short burst or is it like a unibeam?

and does whip still shoot from her hand or does does use the gun,

(sigh i miss the gun) her new super sounds intresting as well

are they expected to have releasable secret character for this i know aw net is dead but can we expect anything??
