as for the entertaintment value that's probably it's strongest point...

Where will you be when the world ends? It's all up too Capcom of America now what they want to do with the Street Fighter series. Unless you've forgotten that CoJ sold all rights to SF too CoA. Also Capcom is not developing this title, they are only distributing it. The game is being made by Banpresto & Funmizu.
