Gryph
meh, madi what's your height? My doctor and all my physics teacher's tell me that since im 6.3 I could be a great athelete if I was to loose weight.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>So you're 6'3" and weight 296 lbs. That's a BMI of 37. Anything above 30 is considered obese. A good regimen of good eating and exercise would do you good. But you need to be commited to it.
Lucandrake
Hmm, I really don't consider myself obese but then again you are studying to become a doctor, something your committed to right? I have trouble committing myself to things, I don't know why I am committed to 1emu though.
Gryph
Well you may not consider yourself that but from the data you've given us here, that's what it comes out. And I know the BMI over 30 is obese from Internet BMI calculators, not anything learned in school. And yes, I'm committed. Soon, I will be committed in an asylum. Elazul Yagami
but I refuse to stop drinking coffee in the morning!<{POST_SNAPBACK}> you don't hafta stop drinking it, just stop drinking it on an empty stomach. and btw, without proper body stressing exercise (pushups NOT being one of them ) you'll lose weight slowly. push ups build/tone your muscles, but they don't give your body the activity needed to lose weight.
