A so large patch that it will be distributed free on CD-Rom on next 3 July in a store of Akihabara.With this patch, the play should resemble the version arcade of the play which turns on Naomi gdrom, Melty Blood Act Cadenza. Ah gamn, too bad I'm not visiting Tokyo. If I were, just for a day, I would try to grab this. This big patch makes MB:R to something SIMILAR TO Act Cadenza (all/almost Act Cadenza gameplay tweaks, MAYBE the extra characters). NOT A DIRECT PATCH TO MAKE IT EXACTLY.
