New emus

I'm guessing they feature illegal games, anyway 2 new emus got released yesterday. One is FBA 0.2.95.26, the other is NeoRagex Final v4.ac

 

Don't know what got changed... if either of them are legal, let me know and I'll make it available for download.

I don't understand why it would be improper to link to the newest NeoRAGEx, since it doesn't really add "support" for those games (since NRX supports pretty much any decrypted set you throw at it). Therefore it only adds gamelist entries for different sets + some misc tweaks, nothing more. I'd enforce linking to it, since it makes NRX better options-wise and emulation wise, not just for games themselves.

Also I was thinking of making a neoragex combo pack which would contain 4 different versions, and gamers could mix n match romsets to see what works with what.

btw, the Author is the chinese EGCG Team if I'm not mistaken. The homepage is http://www.egcg.net, but I don't remember if it actually had the binaries for download.
