Note: I think the site is legal, it's in Chinese so I can't tell for sure.

Since Raiden III is a Taito game, it's most likely fake. Unless kawaks suddenly started emulating Taito boards as well.

A useless tidbit of info: Taito means "skill" in finnish.

It would be so deliciously awesome if it was real, but I really don't see anyone emulating CPS3 boards in the near future.
